Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces and hope you are delighted with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, we accept requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, and maintained in impeccable condition
  • All original tags must remain securely attached, where applicable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

As many of our pieces are handcrafted and uniquely made, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized creations
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Kindly include clear photographs of both the item and its packaging. We will promptly arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped or entered production
  • Custom or personalized pieces cannot be canceled once crafting has begun

Exchanges

Due to the exclusive, one-of-a-kind nature of many of our designs, exchanges are typically unavailable. However, we warmly encourage you to reach out, and we will do our utmost to assist where possible.
