Backcountry Art and Tie Dye. offers handmade tie-dye apparel, laser-engraved products, and other artisan goods. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

Because our products are handmade, each item is unique. Colors, patterns, wood grain, engraving, and other characteristics may vary slightly from product photos. These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

  1. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Bitter Buffalo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Custom, personalized, clearance, and one-of-a-kind items may not be eligible for return.

  1. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not entered production or shipped.

Once production begins on custom or personalized products, cancellations are no longer available.

  1. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, product designs, logos, graphics, and website content are the property of Bitter Buffalo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitter Buffalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
