Thank you for choosing Backcountry Art and Tie Dye. Each order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days following payment confirmation
  • Custom or personalized pieces may require additional creation time, which will be noted on the product page
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, destination, and selected delivery method.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:

Carrier selection is determined by package size, destination, and shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed:

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address

We kindly ask that you verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Backcountry Art and Tie Dye is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us. We will gladly assist in working with the shipping carrier to help locate your order.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

  • Photograph the packaging and the damaged item
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

We will promptly work with you to arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.
